Download the ZazaPay App and complete your login profile.
All you need to create a personal wallet is your Iraqi phone number and your basic contact information such as name, gender, date of birth, email.
What documents do I need to submit, and how?
You will only need to submit documents to one of our ZazaPay agents in order to certify your personal wallet.
The required documents for Iraqi nationals are:
– Your completed ZazaPay Wallet application
– National ID
– Information card
Documents required for foreigners are:
– Your ZazaPay Wallet application
– Residency card (ICAMA)
Are there any fees to open an account?
There are NO Fees to open a new account, it’s free.
Can I have multiple wallets on the same mobile number?
No you cannot. You can only have one ZazaPay digital wallet per mobile number.
Can I have multiple wallets linked to the same email address?
No, you cannot. You can only have one ZazaPay wallet registered to a single email address.
Can I have multiple wallets under the same name?
No you cannot. You should have just one ZazaPay personal wallet account per person.
How can I deposit money to my wallet?
Easy, there are several ways.
1-Go to any of our ZazaPay Points and deposit cash with our agents to top up your wallet.
2-Buy a top up card from our different sales points and top up by scanning your top up card’s QR Code.
3. Have another ZazaPay user send you money from their wallet to yours, it’s instant.
What is the maximum amount I can deposit in my wallet?
If your wallet has not been verified and activated yet, you will have a limit of IQD 2,000,000.
Once, your wallet has been verified and activated by the ZazaPay team your deposit limit is IQD 20,000,000 per month.
Are there any fees to deposit money to my ZazaPay wallet?
No, There are no fees to deposit cash in your wallet.
How can I withdraw money from my wallet?
To withdraw cash from your wallet, go to any of our ZazaPay points or ZazaPay Agents and withdraw cash from your wallet.

What are the fees for cash withdrawal?
There are NO fees to withdraw cash from your wallet, it’s FREE.
Can I send money from my wallet to another ZazaPay wallet?
Yes you can, just put in the phone number of the wallet you want to send money to or scan their QR Code and send. They will receive it instantly.
Can I send money from my wallet to other non ZazaPay wallets?
No, you cannot send money to wallets that are not ZazaPay wallets
What are the fees for money transfers between wallets?
There is no fee for transfers between ZazaPay wallets.
What is the limit to transfer between ZazaPay wallets?
The transfer limit for your temporary wallet is IQD 1,000,000. The transfer limit for your Standard/ Verified wallet is IQD 5,000,000 per month.
What is the limit for online and in-store purchases?
There is no limit to making purchases as long as your wallet has enough funds to complete the transaction.
What is the limit for cash-out transactions?
There is a cash-out limit of IQD 2,000,000 per day.
How can I check my transaction history?
Go on your ZazaPay wallet App and click on the ‘history’ icon at the bottom of your dashboard. You will be able to see and track all your transactions and purchases.
How can I check my wallet balance?
Your wallet balance will be the first thing you see on your main dashboard as soon as you log in to your ZazaPay wallet App on your main screen.
Is ZazaPay wallet secure?
ZazaPay wallet is extremely safe, we are using the latest financial technology in the market.
What do I do if I lost my phone and forget my login credentials?
Contact the ZazaPay support team, They will make sure you fulfil all the security questions and tests, and help you reconnect your wallet.
How can I contact ZazaPay support?
The Zaza Pay support team is available 24h a day, 7 days a week. Contact our team via WhatsApp or phone call to our call centre.
What do I do if I forgot my password? How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, logout of your account or delete the app and redownload it.
Use your phone number to restart the login.
Follow the instructions given to you in the app and a one-time password will be sent to you by text message to restart your account securely and create a new password.
I have lost my phone/ stolen phone, how do I access my account?
Visit one of our Zaza Points to access your account through one of our team members.
Or get in touch with our customer service team via WhatsApp to temporarily freeze your account until you can access it from your new phone.

There is an issue with a transaction, what do I do?
For all transaction related issues get in touch with our customer service team via WhatsApp or Call Centre and they will help you resolve all your questions and fix your specific issue personally.
My payment is not going through, how can I fix it?
If your payment is not going through, please check that you have enough funds in your wallet to make the payment and that you are connected to the internet.
If your payment is still not working please get in touch with the ZazaPay team to resolve your issue personally.

No, there are no charges to send money between ZazaPay personal wallets, it’s free.
Can I cancel a purchase once I have confirmed it?
No, you cannot cancel a purchase on the app once you have confirmed it.
How do I know if my wallet is temporary or verified?
You can check if your wallet is verified by going on your profile. If it’s verified it says ‘Verified’, if it’s not it gives you the option to complete your verification.
